Return & Refund Policy

Return Period
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable, opened, or hygienic products (e.g., pet food, grooming supplies, supplements).

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at diazubaldo@sentargo.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us first to confirm availability. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
